Mission

The Clearfield County Department of Emergency Services is charged with the overall mission of protecting Clearfield County citizens and their property from the effects of natural, manmade, and technological disasters. To fulfill this mission, the Department of Emergency Services recognizes and utilizes the four phases of emergency management.  The Department of Emergency Services works with its Federal, State, and Local partners to ensure a comprehensive emergency management system.
