Clearfield County provides 9-1-1 services to the County of Clearfield, Pennsylvania. The county encompasses approximately 1,154 square miles and has a population of over 83,000. Clearfield County 911 answers and dispatches an average of 60,000 emergency and non-emergency incidents per year. There is a staff of 25 dispatchers with an average of 5 on duty at all times. An administrative staff of 6 people provide support services such as quality assurance, training, radio maintenance, and database administration.

1. The Billing Address - This is the address to which your bill is sent.

2. The Listed Address - This is the address placed in your local phone directory.

3. The Service Address - The physical location of the telephone.

In most instances, these addresses are all the same. However, if you use a post office box or operate a business, the addresses may be different. Just because the address on your bill is correct does not mean the service address record is correct. The service address is the address that is provided to the 9-1-1 center. Incomplete or erroneous information may cause a delay in emergency response. Therefore, it is imperative that your service address is accurate in the telephone company records.
